Here at the Academy of Professional Bartending you will NOT find sponge garnishes, plastic cups or plastic ice. We believe your level of expertise is developed here, under our roof and the only way to achieve that expertise is with a real barroom setting, complete with neon lighting & sound systems for a geniune barroom experience.

Equipment like Scottsman Ice Machines, 10-button Wunder Bar Post Mix soda guns, cold plates, ice bins, complete mixing sets, glassware, fully equipped underbars with Krowne stainless steel bar sinks, speed rails, full premium back bars, POS registers, real tap system and a 50" Plasma Flat Screen TV for interactive training.
