How it Works
The eTIPS online certification program is a computer based training session via the web. Online testing can be administered at anytime. It is self-paced; you can bookmark your training modules and return at a later date.
At the end of the session, participants complete a multiple-choice exam. Once you start the test you must complete it in its entirety. You cannot bookmark a test and return later. Participants who pass the exam receive a certification card, valid for three years in most areas.
Participants can print their temporary certification immediately and receive their permanent certification card in the mail within 1 - 2 weeks. Exams, grades and other relevant information are maintained online for review.
